Boxing is also a powerful stress relief outlet. The intense training releases bottled-up energy and tension, which can reduce stress levels and promote a sense of calmness

New Saints Boxing Club has already promoted a strong sense of community and comradeship among our 100’s of members.

 

Training and being with like-minded people creates a motivating and positive atmosphere, where you can challenge yourselves, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships.
